I have a confession to make. I still get nervous before every wedding that I photograph. Not in a ‘oh my gosh i can’t do this’ kind of way, but I understand the importance that my job entails. Recording the most important day in a couples life. Big pressure.
Meet Jenni and Chris, the reason for my nerves on a gorgeous sunny saturday. Not only was their wedding as important as all my couples but Jenni is family (and now so is Chris), extra pressure and extra nerves. In the end I had no reason to be nervous, Jenni was a cool, calm and incredibly beautiful bride. Chris, dashing in his suit. The day went to perfection and it is so easy to photograph the kind of love story these two share. They are so natural together, so at ease in each others presence.
Guys, I am so incredibly proud to call you my family and I am so honoured you asked me to capture your special day. You really do have the kind of love that people aspire to have and it is such a pleasure to witness.
xx
I get to add this pic in because the spunky little dude in the ‘tux’ belongs to me!
Ez, these are gorgeous pics. You have certainly captured the moment! Your work is faultless & I can’t wait to see the rest of your pics! Mum & daughter was a tender loving image (felt some tears rolling down my cheeks) & Jen & Chris shone in all of them! Loved that one of the dear little blued bub in his car seat also! Love Relle. x
